To promote excellence in care and increase not only resident, but employee satisfaction, Arkansas Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes is proud to announce its participation in the national Advancing Excellence campaign. Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes campaign is a first-of-its-kind effort to bring disparate groups together to leverage existing quality improvement initiatives. The campaign primarily focuses on continuous quality improvement practices and consistent measurement. It also builds relationships centered on a collective interest in improved quality by charting new courses for attaining better clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, higher staff retention rates and a payment system that supports quality care.
